RATES AND SERVICES

Consultations: $100 if scheduled to take place during business hours or $150 if scheduled to take place outside of business hours. All new clients are required to schedule an initial consultation.  

Hourly Rate: For most matters Julia Newland charges a rate of $250 per hour. She requires an upfront retainer agreement; the amount will be determined at your initial consultation based on your unique circumstances. In most cases, she is able to offer a payment plan with half of the retainer paid at the time of signing and the remaining paid in monthly installments.

At Trask Mountain Legal, we understand that taking time off work is the last thing you want to have to do when faced with hiring a lawyer. That is why we offer consultation times outside of regular business hours.
